1.Product Introducation:
EDTA tube is widely used in clinical haematology, cross matching, blood grouping as well as various kinds of blood cell test instruments. It offers a comprehensive protection for blood cell, especially for protecting the blood platelet, so that it can effectively stop the gathering of blood platelet and makes the form and volume of blood cell uninfluenced within a long time.
EDTA tubes are coated with EDTA-K2 or EDTA-K3. They are for the examination of whole blood in haematology and can be used in direct sampling analyzers without actually being opened. EDTA bind the calcium ions and therefore blocks the coagulation cascade. Erythrocytes, leukocytes and thrombocytes in an EDTA anticoagulated blood sample are stable for up to 24 hours.
Function: K2EDTA or K3EDTA is dispensed in the tube for blood routine tests. The rubber is qualified to match all analyzer probes. Invert 8-10 times after blood collection. And the tube shall be inverted several times before experiment.
